The Founder
Paul's career has been built at the workbench: shaping foam, cutting patterns, fitting hoods, restoring cabins, and finishing interiors where the smallest detail decides the standard of the whole vehicle.

A career in trim, not a job title.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Paul's work spans classic restorations, full interior retrims, bespoke commissions, soft-top fitting, marine upholstery, and detail-led repair. The value is not only in the finished photograph, but in the decisions made before the material is cut.
His approach has been shaped by the practical side of the craft: reading a cabin, understanding proportion, rebuilding worn foundations, choosing materials with purpose, and knowing when restraint matters more than decoration.
LEDE is the next chapter: a dedicated atelier where that long-practised judgement can be brought together with a focused team, a clear standard, and a business built around automotive interiors.
The archive below shows selected previous work from Paul's career before LEDE. It is included as a transparent record of experience and craft standard, not as a claim that those projects were LEDE company commissions.
