Craft Led
Every commission starts with judgement at the bench: patterning, cutting, shaping, stitching, and fitting with the final cabin in mind.

LEDE Atelier Auto Interiors is a new business shaped by long-practised craft. The company has been established to bring decades of trimming, restoration, upholstery, and bespoke interior experience into a dedicated atelier standard.

Although LEDE has been established as a new business, the experience behind it is not new. The atelier is led by people who have spent years working through the realities of automotive interiors: worn frames, difficult patterns, material decisions, fit issues, restoration details, and the finishing choices that decide whether a cabin feels properly resolved.
That experience now has its own setting. LEDE was created to give the work a clear standard, a dedicated identity, and a focused way of delivering interiors for classic restorations, commission builds, modern retrims, marine upholstery, and detail-led repair.
The business may be new, but the judgement at the bench has been built over time.
LEDE has been built around the practical side of interior work: patterns kept, checked, adjusted and developed so each commission has a clear route from idea to fitting.
The short film shows the pattern archive inside the atelier. It is not decoration; it is part of how repeatable fit, proportion and finish are controlled.
Every commission starts with judgement at the bench: patterning, cutting, shaping, stitching, and fitting with the final cabin in mind.
Leather, cloth, Alcantara, carpets, and technical fabrics are chosen for use, tone, durability, and how they sit within the vehicle.
The aim is not to force a style onto a car, but to create an interior that feels considered, fitted, and right for the vehicle.
Paul brings over 30 years of hands-on trimming experience to LEDE. His archive shows selected previous work from his career before the atelier was established, presented transparently as a record of experience rather than LEDE company commissions.
